




For the debut retail presentation of this Taiwanese streetware brand, I designed an installation using an organic-industrial vernacular of dried Canary Date Palm Leafs, seat belts, cement, wood, and galvanized steel to reflect a stark image of Los Angeles as a vast parking lot and desert paradise. All elements were arranged in reverse vanishing point in the center of the space to draw visitors in and to encourage flow of traffic while its materiality evoked an overall sense of street rawness and sophistication.
